Evently Case Study
Introduction
This case study explores the design and development of Evently. A platform for Event listing and creation, while acting as an ecosystem between, artists, event go-ers, event organizers and venue owners.
Problem Statement
The event going/planning/organizing process is often fragmented and time-consuming, with event-goers struggling to find desirable events, artists struggling to find suitable venues and venues facing challenges in connecting with relevant artists. Evently aims to address these pain points by providing a centralized platform for event-goers, artists and venues to discover, connect, and collaborate on events
Research
To better understand the needs and the direction of the market, I conducted user interviews and competitor analysis.

No easy and formatted access to information such as: Time, Date, Price, Venue

Ideation
By analyzing competitors' strengths and weaknesses, we were able to identify opportunities to differentiate Evently in the market. Our platform's focus on fostering collaboration between artists and venues sets us apart from competitors and positions us as a unique solution in the event planning space. This included features such as an intuitive event search and filtering system, Venue Database, Artist Genre type database, event hosting and publishing.
